The 24th edition of the Sharjah Cultural Forum, organized by the Sharjah Department of Culture, was held in the Tunisian capital of Tunis. The forum honored four Tunisian writers: writer and litterateur Iz al-Din al-Madani, writer and academic Dr. Khaled al-Ghribi, poet Zakia al-Tanbari, and novelist and critic Dr. Mustafa al-Kailani. This event affirms its solid presence as a leading cultural initiative that enriches the Arab creative scene through renewed stages that celebrate Arab creators in their home countries. The ceremony was held at the House of Wisdom in Carthage, in the presence of the Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Culture, Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Owais, the Director of the Department of Cultural Affairs, Muhammad Ibrahim Al Qasir, and the Director General of the Tunisian Institute for Translation, Dr. Tawfiq Qarira, representing the Tunisian Minister of Cultural Affairs, Amina Sarrawi.
