The measures that were taken in court led to the imposition of strict imprisonment terms against Rashid Gannushi, the president of the "An-Nahda" party in Tunisia, advocates stated. According to them, the Tunisian court issued strict custody orders regarding Rashid Gannushi.
"These decisions establish requirements for compliance with buffer actions in relation to Rashid Gannushi," the advocates stated.
